GWS would not be happy with that game. We made them look insipid for 3 quarters. Inaccurate kicking by us was the only reason they won. Tigers have a lot to like other than goal scoring. We were the better side today but lost.

Remember this game in 2017? We were up by 5 goals at 3 QTR time and lost inside the last minute. That was devastating. This was eye opening.

Loved Sims' game. Hopefully tonight gives him some confidence at the top level and also with this will develop his composure with his goal kicking.

Needed to take the game on from the start of the last. Blind Freddy knew we needed at least 1 goal to win, and 2 goals it’s a guaranteed win. Instead we tried to save the game throughout the last quarter. 3/4 time huddle needed to say “let’s keep attacking and aim to score multiple goals” …

Disappointed but not melting. Played 3 decent quarters, always going to outrun us in the last. Needed to nail gettable set shots.

Plenty of positives, Sims looks good, banks decent. Mcauliffe not bad.

Look forward to the kids getting a couple more preseasons in them. Shown more than North in our first year of rebuild than they have in 4 years.

I would argue that Ryhan "flying in preseason" Mansell has been the most disappointing player this season. Campbell has zoomed past him, Green and co about to aswell.

At the end of 3rd quarter, we had two moments. Lynch misses a regulation goal, and then Jonty can't even hit up Steely Green directly in front; he was all on his own.

No, sonsie isn't to blame for the loss, but he is to blame for playing under 10's football.
Those 2 kicks off the ground are unacceptable and I hope he gets a baking in review for them. Bad kicks I can forgive, but not picking the ball up in those situations.
