Yeah I think Ross is a solid AFL player. He's never gonna be an A grader but can be a solid AFL player similar to a Kane Lambert type. Not sure why people would want Ross out, was solid and kicked a big goal. He is the one midfielder we have that I have confidence in going forward and kicking goals.
I think its super important the club backs in Ross and Dow in particular and give them the season, we need those guys getting as many games as they can in to lead the way for the next lot that come in being Sonsie and Kmac2 etc.
Barring injury my guess is McIntosh and Short will be picked every game this year.Macca is ahead of Sonsie because he competes.
Unfortunately for McAuliffe he can put enough good games together without injury to push for selection.
Macca is a place holder and will be replaced, all in good time.
Ryan injured I believeWith Gawn I think they will keep Ryan in instead of Blight.
Mansell in for Green
Trainor or Banks the sub.
Such a great decision makerThis kid is so ****ing talented it's scary
Armstrong is 3rd forwardI think Armstrong looks ok, but I love the look of Faull, great size, moves like a gazelle and strong dukes.

I get what you're saying, but Lambert was better than a solid AFL player. Absolutely underrated even by us on bigfooty, was a very good player, and kicked goals at crucial timesYeah I think Ross is a solid AFL player. Was a Tiger Great 3 Time Premiership Player who assisted the GOAT in becoming the three time Norm Smith Medalist just wished he could have played another 3-5 yearsI get what you're saying, but Lambert was better than a solid AFL player. The only other player after Jack and the GOAT to kick at least one goal in each of the 2017, 2019 and 2020 grand finals.I get what you're saying, but Lambert was better than a solid AFL player. Absolutely underrated even by us on bigfooty, was a very good player, and kicked goals and crucial times
McIntosh had 17 disposals, 6 were contested and he had 2 tackles Sonsie in the vfl had 33 disposals, 9 were contested and he had 3 tackles. I doubt that the physicality in the vfl is much less than the afl. The big difference is that Sonsie is mainly an outside player which is exactly what we need, and he can get the ball a lot when he is played in the midfield. Oh, and the other difference is that McIntosh is a dinosaur.Macca is ahead of Sonsie because he competes.

McIntosh went to Rowell in the second half and quelled his influence around stoppages. The 3rd quarter in particular he held him to 2 contested possessions which allowed our midfield to get on top.McIntosh had 17 disposals, 6 were contested and he had 2 tackles Sonsie in the vfl had 33 disposals, 9 were contested and he had 3 tackles. Ryan has a foot injury according to Richmond page. Melbourne don't have a second ruck so Simms or Fawcett against Tom Fullard or Jacob van Rooyen would be OK. I personally would like to give Simms a try.Ryan injured I believe
I love Kmacs endeavour attitude but would really like to see both Sonsie and McAulliffee a good 4-6 week run in the middleMcIntosh went to Rowell in the second half and quelled his influence around stoppages. He certainly did a good job. Matt Rowell 29 disposal 7 clearances, 6 inside 50's and 7 score involvements and 79.3% disposal efficiency. Totally blanketed him. The reason Rowell got so few possessions in the third quarter was because we had the ball. In the last quarter when we needed McIntosh, he did FA.McIntosh went to Rowell in the second half and quelled his influence around stoppages.
