Best defence and best clearance team in the league the Dockers.

We never stood a chance without the whole midfield, Lynch and Balta.

Killed by the umps but in reality that is some of the worst footy we have played in 10 years. Completely uncompetitive or seemingly willing to defend the contest at times. Structures are completely out to see which is on the coaches. We are sieve in transition.

Out:
kmac: when we're playing him as a forward, you know it's over
Pickett: just terrible
Naismith: is only suited to playing number 1 ruck. If Nank isn't injured, he shouldn't be near the side
Campbell: hasnt shown anything for weeks, give Coultard a go in the same role.

In:
Ryan: play him until Balta and Lynch are back
Coultard: was good last year
Hopefully 2 returning senior players

Lots can be done but our match committee won't do it. Doesn't mean those changes will mean we win, but will go a long way of turning this team around for the future.

The disappointing thing is when our better older players come back it will push our kids back to the VFL. We are going to win a few meaningless games when it should be a clean out.
