I only saw the game in the telly but was wondering cause of the run we got in the second if we’re taking advantage of the lack of runners out there.
If the oppo reset after the first quarter to better suit our play but we instead tweak our style and pull the trigger in the second we get a good 5-10min with them a bit out’ve whack and we get the jump on em.
They seemed to change their gamestyle after half time but the damage was done.
Might be over thinking it, but without runners I think there is a bit of lag between seeing a problem and shifting the balance of setups to handle it.

I have been critical of Higgins, but he is assigned to playing an important selfless role in defence.
No highlights reel of scoring miraculous goals.
Underlines the brilliance of Leppitsch as an assistant coach, firstly with forwards, now in defence.
Leppitsch, Cara, Clarke, Fergs, McRae, essential assistants and coaches.
A full credit to all our selfless staff.
