Always got a bit of time for the Fox/Austar shows, but for Robbo to basically disrespect Mick Malthouse and pretty much acusing him of alienating the fans?

Robbo basically admitted that Mick was cold and aloof and stated that he "fresh aired" him this week. He then went on to infer that he also did the same to fans.....bullshit.

FFS, the fans have loved Mick since Eddy brought him to our club and we continue to love him and wish him the best now....

Mick, you are an amazing coach/man and will never be forgotten.

AFL 360, what can you expect with a show fronted purely by journo's.

Did anyone hear Mick a few weeks ago when Robbo asked a stupid question on the radio while interviewing Mick down the line, Mick snapped "Who asked that?" and you hear a little "That was me" from Robbo, then silence, and Dermie kicked in with a proper question, it was hilarious.

but the conversation at the end made it clear robbo was essentially being told (by everyone) to shutup tool.

Yep, few days ago Mick treated Robbo with complete disdain. Robbo asked him a straightforward question and Mick replied with "I don't know what you are talking about" basically implying he isn't worth talking to cause he's never played the game. After that interview Robbo said he doesn't hate Malthouse just hates the way he's treated the media over the years and I have no issue with that, Mick's quite known for being disrespectful to young journos and people he doesn't get along with.

Must admit I didn't see or hear what was said tonight.

What I find hypocritical is Robbo is a bully himself. Journalists like him seem to think it is okay to get as personal as they like with coaches, players etc but when they have a go back at them they have a bit of a sook.

Robbo is not backward in dishing it out but seems he can't take someone having a go back. The worst interaction between them was instigated by Robbo through an article that Mick's family got upset about. From memory his daughter had a go back at Robbo via Twitter as a result.

I was watching gameday when malty was on and mick said something along the lines of its great that travis kicked that goal when we needed it but even better is if you pause it,forget about trav and look up in the stands at the collingwood fans,he loves us and i love him..I don't like robbo,he is just a bully.

Remember his speech when we won the flag last year? He said something along the lines of "i feel so tremendous for the supporters"

And then the next day at Gosch's paddock he said "how many armies are strong as that of Collingwood? None."

It was poor form from Robbo. I don't think he hates Collingwood as he has said some very complemetary things about us through out the year, but he def took an opputunity to have a shot at MM which was uncalled for.

The standard of journalism has fallen considerably and what's even worse is how PERSONAL many of them are. Robbo is a weak hack using "the pen is mightier than the sword" belief. Sadly, he's not alone. Frankly, almost none of them are worth reading anymore.

And yes, it was Robbo that fired the first several shots in this drama, but one quip back from Mick has him sooking like the weak fool that he is.
