Agreed largely, although Zorko is pretty good - where would you have him? Ablett not in the top 50, definitely not if you're including finals. Where's Toby Greene? Slot him in for Ablett at 32. Love Prestia but would have him around 20. Brown way too low. Hawkins too high as well.

I disagree - Bont received 63 votes in the coaches voting (4 BOG'S) in the 2nd half of the year Prestia received 44. And Prestia's 2 BOG's came V the Suns and Blues.

Danger 52 (5 BOG's) , Dunkley 52 (4 BOG's) & Fyfe 48 all had more votes.

Henderson was OK but only once was BOG for the year & Worpel only got coaches votes in 6 games.

Sicily & easily too I might add....Should have been AA also.....Check out his meters gained.

Worpel's last 6 weeks were Martin-esque, while also winning the B& F at 20....We finished 9th, not 18th.

Just more Hawk hate & envy from Slobbo is all.

Hardly....Go back & take a look at the stats over the last 7 weeks of the H&A season & compare/contrast the 2.....Worpel is actually ahead.....Nice attempt but.

Dusty had 14 touches in a final v the Lions and has best on ground.
Worpel had 37 touches V the Roo's and wasn't best on ground.

You're comparing a 20 year old kid in his second year with a seasoned vet in his prime & at the Top of his game....If only Martin was as good as Worpel in his second year of footy.

I think Robbo is like the umpires - rates Mids higher than KPPs. I'm the other way - I think (at least for our side) our KPPS (Lynch, Jack, Grimes, Astbury and Rance if fit) are just as important to the side, and need to be ranked that way.

I wouldn't say he was worse than Worpel in his second year. Kicks were similar, Worpel had 100 more handballs, but Dusty kicked 33 goals to Worpels 9. Dusty also had 20 Goal assists to Worpels 11 and got 2 extra Brownlow votes.

Context dear chap….I described his final 7 weeks of the 2019 H & a season as Martin-esque…..Yes....Not just from a statistical perspective, but also due to the manner & way he went about his football....and all from a 20 year old kid no less.

anyhoo, this thread is about Robbo's continued melting over the Hawthorn Football club......Let it continue on in perpetuity I say.
