Agree...Murphy is more of a KPP, while Didak now spends about 75% of his time in the middle.

They don't have to play identically to be compared just as players. It shits me when people constantly just say 'oh, they're different players'.

They were similar players 2-3 years ago - Both playing as HFFs.
However, now, Murphy plays virtually as a true CHF and Didak is playing largely as a midfielder, evident from his high standing in the AFL clearance stats and the fact that he's leading the competition in kicks.
Murphy's having a great season, but so is Alan Didak - Both should be AA if it was picked right now, so it's silly to suggest that you'd be choosing between them. You could make a good case that they're both leading their respective B&Fs as well.
You want a real indication of how difficult they've been to split this season?

They're 0.2 apart in terms of ranking points. You can ask people to compare them all you want, but they're essentially identical in terms of production, how good they've been this season, and their importance to their respective teams.
