I watched it on Tv (I don't live in Vic) and could really tell our supporters were into it. Good on em!

I have been sitting in the same section for 6yrs now and we were all high fiving and chanting and the noise was just insane. Voice in numbers.

What about LARS? I understand that he needs to consider his post playing days but is it really gonna be that much different than a normal reco?

LARS would probably bring him back just in time for September... Cant think of a better story than that.

Just absolutely shattered for the bloke. Please please please be an absolute miracle and only be minor.

Its my understanding that Lars is only an option for a partial tear of the ACL. So if its a full rupture, a traditional reco is the only option.

It seems unlikely it's not an ACL but it's possible.

I did my ACL six years ago. Three weeks ago I landed in a similar fashion and was in a world of pain. I was certain I had done my ACL again, but it turned out it was just a meniscus tear. Obviously, I didn't have world class doctors making an assessment when it happened like Bob did, but there is some hope until the MRI results are known.

Footy gods gift us this year's flag but take Bob away so even with a flag we still regret.

Sucks for Bob more than for the dogs. I mean sure, he's a great player, but it won't slow you guys down. You're heading deep into finals. It'll be a shame if Bob can't get back by then. Hopefully he can get a LARS or something and be back by finals. Fingers crossed.

Come on now. I love him as much as anyone. He's a champion of the club and an incredible leader. But he's not bigger than the club. Grant isn't, Whitten wasn't and neither is Bob. I'd bite your hand off for a flag without Bob involved.

Injuries suck, but they happen in football. The Bulldogs will run
out next week and hopefully they can use a terrible thing for
motivation and others step up. The club is always bigger than
