Got that right pal. Especially given that the Windies and Zimbabwe are coming out here this summer...probably the two lowest ranked sides in the world. Real exciting stuff that!
Yep, reckon I might have to wack a few of the Dons' finals tapes in the VCR, just to tie me over until 2001.

Don't be down too long, PA. The power have terrific spirit and will get there one day soon. They were prhaps a little to short-sighted last year. Trading talent like Eagleton sort of shows that.

Ahhh Dan 24,
the wisdom of youth and the imbalance of a life inside the victorian fishbowl. how fun life must have been growing up in Melbourne, with the knowledge that one day when you grew up, The VFL would extend its benevalent grace to the other Australian states, where it would introduce us to the wonders of this new Victorian game called Australian rules. We were so lucky to see our first game of football in Adelaide in 1991.
It was amazing to see how quickly the non Victorian states took to this game this last decade.
It was almost as if we had all been playing the same game secretly for a hundred years!!!
