Simpkin is probably a chance to be a half forward by the end of the year.

Rankings points in the last 4 games 100, 93, 95, 88

2013 crop would be too old for this based on being 22 or younger for the whole season.
Most will turn 23 at some point this season. So no Cripps, Crouch, Kelly, Fantasia or Sicily.

Can't find a spot for Toby McLean? Langford having a better season?

Tom Phillips - only a second year player.
In 2018 by end of Round 11, he has 307 possessions & 11 goals.
That’s not U22 form... that’s AA form!

Definitely. Phillips has to be in the 22 here.
Which other player is averaging 28 disposals and a goal a game?

My quick go based on 2018 form:

B: Doedee, Andrews, Hardwick
HB: Merrett, McDonald, Brayshaw
C: McLean, Cripps, Phillips
HF: deGoey, Curnow, Bontempelli
F: Stephenson, Hipwood, Fritsch
R: English, Taranto, Oilver
B: Petracca, McGrath, Finlayson, Lever.

I'm sure I've left some players out and brought the likes of Bontempelli off the bench at the last minute as I realised I was marking too harshly based on expectations.
6 Dees? I don’t mind it ;) Bailey Fritsch is an excellent call btw, probably our third most deserving after O McDonald and Oliver. He’s flying

To be eligible for selection, players must be aged 22 or under for the entire AFL season (including finals).

B: Mills - Andrews - McGrath
HB: Burton - Howard - Lever
C: Heeney - Oliver - Powell-Pepper
HF: Butler - Curnow - Petracca
F: Papley - Hipwood - Rioli
R: English - Bontempelli - Merrett
Int: Castagna - Marshall - Harmes - Bonner

Highly speculative at this stage.

Who did I miss? Who else deserves a mention?
Gresham

He is the leading goal kicker of anyone 22 and under this year and stands up in big moments of games.

Defence could do with some pace from a McKenna/Short type.

Jayden Short has to be in contention. 273 possessions and 5 goals of HBF. Top 5 for metres gained in league and kicks it as long as anyone with great accuracy of either foot.

Not saying your wrong and those stats look good, but he is a backman. Any idea on how many goals he has given up or how many possessions his opponent gets?

Ive got no idea on the answer but always find it amusing people list possessions and goals kicked for a backman but nothing defensive.

He's okay defensively but he isn't as hard as say Jetta. But HBF is a springboard to attack, there's a reason players like Short and Phillips are really important to their teams. Short is very sure and never fumbles, a good quality for a backman. If you leak a goal or two but create double that, you are in front. There is a reason Richmond and Collingwood score quite heavily and attack from the back line is a major contributor.
