Good news

I met up with the girl I've been talking about last night, there were a whole group of us though. But, I asked her whether she'd like to go out sometime and she said Yes which is good stuff. I get the feeling at the moment though that she is mainly keen on just staying friends at the moment, which I'd be happy with, though I guess I'll see what happens!

ah, great news SydneyFan

Not for me though, I was all ready to ask a chick out today, had the time planned and all, but, she nicked off before then, so I missed the chance, won't see her again till NEXt saturday, grrrr

Honestly, it's so easy with a friend. There's none of the stress or bullsh it. If you're close enough already, where's the harm? You do have to be careful that you're both on the same wavelength though, or it could get messy and you'll lose a friend.
 
lol why's everyone so frustrated at being single?

Being single =

  • Do whatever you want
  • Save money on presents
  • Do whatever you want (again)

    Even though im sick to death of being single :((...actually no im not, but a bit of sympathy from the girls couldnt do no harm ;))
 
Hmmmmm maybe thats why I dont last in relationships long

a) I still do what I want

b) why do I have to spend money on someone just cause I'm in a r/ship with them

c) I continue to do whatever I want and if he doesnt want to join me - bugger him!

d) My friends come before any guy - sorry but my friends have been around a lot longer - and are guaranteed to be around a lot longer

So you don't think that - just maintaining the theme of the thread - so it was peer pressure then? Dan I would never have thought of you as being one who merely follows. A girl does admire someone who can stand on their own two feet you know :D

LOL Absolutely!!!!!!!!!! You get some, there are no strings, and yeah, not a problem!!!!!!! :D LOL

But Mandy I do agree with you too, you DO have to make sure these friends are on the same wavelength..........sometimes it gets VERY messy. :( And I hate that coz it just sours the whole 'easy sex with friends' thing which kinda defeats the whole purpose. :D LOL
