In late 90s Perth, WA, the body of 24 year old Romuald Zak was found just outside Greylands Mental Health Facility. It looked like a clear case of suicide by hanging, but certain things didn't add up. Most disturbing is the bizarre letter from an anonymous informant called Silence.

One thing that really stands out for me, is Zaks connection to two of the girls murdered by the Claremont Serial Killer. He was known to Jane Rimmer and worked at the same law office as Ciara Glennon. He died a few months after Glennons body was discovered.

We have already received some second opinion from famous specialists and we received from newspapers an e-mail copy from a witness called “ SILENCE “ . Eye witness “ SILENCE “ is a very important witness from the scene of the crime at the time when Romuald( Ronald )had passed away. His evidence is most important and it strongly supports the view that Romuald (Ronald) had been raped and murdered.

lol Nah, Romauld was in close contact with Ciara Glennon (Murder Victim). He had allegedly been to her funeral, visited her grave and worked same law firm I think.
Speculation was that he may have visited the grave site of Ciara where another sexual assault had occurred connected with the same killer by forensic link, and further speculation an empty tombstone commercial premises where electrical diagrams had been found, adjacent to the daycare centre Jane Rimmer (murder victim) worked and a serial killer had knew his history, dressed in black jacket and black pants of a PABX technician strangled him and strung him up by his shoelaces because Romauld had established who the killer was, who may have had also wife in law who he was mid divorce with a child on the way from another woman he had an affair with, who worked in a French restaurant in the same suburb Ciara resided, where another body had been discovered in the rear carpark, that of Sharon Mason, across the road from another murder of a woman named Lawrence. That Romauld may have sighted the killer in the graveyard and put two and two together as Romauld also knew Jane Rimmer the other victim in a current case involving a serial killer.

A serial killer who is experienced in stalking and committing multiple murders, even making them look like suicide to cover the tracks. Someone who might have tried to frame Romauld for the gig, hence the suicide set up.

Romaulds boss was Chairman for "Australians for Constitutional Monarchy". p100 Two dead employees.

Or the killer might have hung up Romauld so that he became a suspect in the crime, and the whole gig would be laid to bed. Witnesses saw a bloke in black jacket and black pants prior.

Some detectives "at the time", would lock onto a suspect who soon became a scapegoat. There were concerns "at the time" that certain officers had links with organised crime. One officer in the investigation was also suspended for cocaine use, probably procured from criminals. Although both wrongfully accused were doing things that attracted their attention of police. Stalking women etc.

I guess people don't want to believe he simply suffered with grief. They want to believe he was strangled because he knew too much and it was made to look like he strung himself up by his shoelaces in a public area.

The freaky thing is, later Corryn Rayney, Supreme Court Registrar was murdered and buried in "Kings Park", a bit like Cutlers clothes found in "Kings Kebabs", the uniform of the Parmelia, a hotel named after the boat Captain Stirling piloted onto a bank, aptly named Parmelia bank where it the Parmelia grounded.
The first boat load of people by the Transportationists from UK.
Corryns husband is, or was a DPP Lawyer for the state.
The Supreme Court of WA in Stirling Gardens are specifically where the murder trials are held.

I guess we have to establish whether the current accused has ever met Romauld Zak.

For all intensive purposes, someone might have changed their M.O. to suicide to rid the heat in an appearance the whole serial murders had stopped and police had their man.

I wonder if suicide means DNA evidence is not taken or destroyed once inquest has been heard?

I tell ya, talk about a thriller murder mystery titled "WA Inc, The Stench of a Dead Fish Head, from the head down." We wont see the directors cut.

It could just be a Royal cock up

'Tis worthy the Regal Theatre. neilfearis #ciara #csk

You've made some extraordinary leaps of logic there, Dan. His only link to the Claremont murders was as a co-worker of Ciara.

Working with one of the victims is pretty big deal when you end up dead. He was friends of Jane Rimmer as well.
Two dead people in a matter of weeks in your office is a big thing. Worth being concerned about.
You have to admit, it was an odd situation considering police had been pursuing a serial killer, maybe 3 for 20 years.

The employee had supplied full details that this suspicious person was wearing a black security jacket and black trousers. This witness was never interviewed by Police or called into Court.

You have a strange mind, Dan. Some of these conclusions you come to are so completely ludicrous I wonder if you have any self-awareness. It just happens so consistently in every thread you're involved in, and will inevitably end in personal attacks by you on anyone who questions your bizarre logic bombs.

It's like Sherlock Holmes doing slam poetry on acid.

Nothing cryptic about your popularity Pat. You must taunt all the forum users.
Next you will be saying Ancestry.com.au are a bunch of nutjobs.

Scottish and Irish: reduced Anglicized form of Gaelic Mac Phádraig 'son of Patrick', a personal name derived from Latin Patricius 'son of a noble father', 'member of the patrician class'. ... In Ireland the surname is usually Scottish in origin, but it is also found as a shortened form of Mulpatrick and Fitzpatrick.
    https://www.ancestry.com.au/name-origin?surname=patrick

However, there is nothing cryptic about law and the defining of words. Any lawyer worth their salt will know latin and word definition, the rest are just wannabes.

Ciara and Romauld worked in the same law firm. Janes father worked for a finance firm of sorts, probably some sort of lawyer or accountant.

Its you, you that spends your time trying twist something it isn't. You are on the border of slander.
Don't be so condescending. Its not a good look.

Haha what?! Are you trying to prove my point?! I don't even know if you're being serious anymore. If this whole gag has just been a way to mess with people; well done.

Who knows what happens mid divorce. Obviously very stressful times. We will have to see if there is any connection in the process. Same law firm. I dare say some scrutiny will be happening.
Who knows what law firm was being used.
Any partnerships or trust funds will be looked at. Very stressful times.
Who knows, maybe there was a baby on the way mid divorce??? Telstra in privatisation transition. Very stressful times

You spend way too much time on personal attacks in this forum Pat. That's probably why you are not popular.

You come here to play the man, not the ball. Whatever makes you feel better about yourself I guess.

Ok, mmmm So someone might have been interned with Rom at the time. Not to mention with multiple relations in the business.

Given him a bit of assistance up on the noose after strangulating him? Did old Romo know something?

I do wonder Ciara be future politician? Her boss was politics, her father politics.

    Suicide by shoelaces?

    Seriously?

Goes missing from Graylands for how long?

When was he reported missing to the police and parents by the "responsible" authorities?

Who was the mysterious creeper in black?

    http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_in_Black_(album)

What did all the international experts say again?

    In a public place?
Was the creeper in the black, the Cable Guy?
    The international experts said,

"The overseas investigator told the POST that there was a high possibility that the Claremont murderer had been killing for many years before and was still operating"

"He is highly organised, very, very clever and has his methods of entrapping and killing women down to a fine art," he said.

"It was likely he had some sort of security or military training."

That must of puffed him up bit. Listening in on telephone probably made it a little easier. And other variables we cant talk about now.

Was he a smoker? Not sure accuracy.

He was a law clerk at the firm Ciara Glennon worked at and this happened six months after her murder. Info off net states he was found on the ground below a tree that had rope tied to it but he also had bruising, blood on his face and cigarette burn marks to his hands.

    The cryptology is rife.

Dr Phibes yes it's true most serial killers are saggittarians or Geminis but not all, same as the triad symptoms of wetting beds, cruelty to animals and arson.

More dress ups? Someone's been playing paper dolls again? Not sure accuracy

"Joey, there is also information that Romuald Zak wasn't wearing his own clothes, don't know if any of this is fact."

    Entirely plausible.

Australian SK Peter Dumas killed one of his victims in Victoria at a cemetery if I recall correctly.

She visits a family members grave and gets killed by a SK at the cemetery.

Weird people hang out at cemeteries.

Case in point - last time I went to pay my respects at the family plot, saw the strangest thing. There's this hillbilly dude playing his banjo outside a crypt and elsewhere with his friend taking pictures. Didn't fit in at all and by the looks of it wasn't paying a visit to see anyone in particular. Creepy stuff and felt it was time to beat a hasty exit.

Since then avoided at all costs - they aren't called necropolis for nothing.

Correction - the SK Dupas, not Dumas.

    Freudian slip.

Could you please provide a reference for this statement? To my knowledge no one has ever been arrested for making this claim.

It might have been an officer that was arrested for cocaine use? Shame.

As per your link, it was a black SECURITY jacket, not a black jacket of a PABX techinician. So this guy was standing under a tree, doing nothing in particular, 5 days before a mentally ill person hangs himself (ie, no connection to the crime) and was reported to police? Why?

I wonder why WA crime, in particular, brings out the kooks...
