Ronnie Burns - Drink Driving

Ronnie was caught driving with alcohol in his blood. They werent sure what the actual reading was as yet, but it would be of course over the limit. Not a great start to Ronnie in his 'all-or-nothing' season. Nothing as been said about any possible disaplinary action from the club just yet. I would expect something to be done, its not right for anyone to do it, let alone a role model in the public eye. (Glad we have 'baytech' as a sponsor not TAC).

Ronnies reading was 0.06. Still no excuses can be made. Apparently, its not his first time

If there is some positive out of it, it is that it happened well before the season starts instead of during the season where all the publicity could disrupt preparations for a crucial game.

Still, it was silly but he was barely over the limit.

I hope the club deal with it sensibly and I feel a fine will do. A suspension might be going over the top as he was just over the limit.
