Seems we have the first pick in the PSD as Essendon and Brisbane both have 40 on their senior list I think. Be interesting if we use it. I'm not against Angus Litherland but also not bothered if we stick with a 38-6 list profile.

I think its the same injury Mundy had that kept him out for nearly the whole season a couple of years back.
Bloody hell. Poor bastard, you're right, terrible timing.
In the game that he did the ankle I thought it was the best I'd seen him play and his kicking was surpringly good. Tough luck for him.
I follow him on Twitter and he does sound like a nice guy. Gave a very nice message about MDB when he got drafted.

He should not play after injured himself , by going in back for peel i think is an act of carelessness by him . His kicking is very good in wet conditions during that game . Hope he come back stronger.
Of the blokes Hawthorn have let go only Cheney and Savage have recently been any better than they were at Hawthorn. Litherland has had plenty of chances. I'd rather draft a newbie rather than a player we all but know isn't good enough.

Guelfi is an inside midfielder who has a real attack on the contest. He's aggressive and tough, and enjoyed a strong start to the NAB AFL Under-18 Championships for Western Australia. He can perhaps lack that breakaway speed and pace, which may be a reason he did not get a chance on a senior list, but as a rookie he would be able to come in and play a role reasonably early. He is also a year older than most draftees having played as a 19-year-old this season.

Viv Michie was made to play, or told he could, after hurting ligaments in his foot. He was apparently pretty angry at the club when it manifested in a broken foot and he missed almost two seasons.
I'd like to take a pick in the PSD tbh. Could be no other selections at all meaning we get 3 of the 4 next selections.
Won't happen though otherwise the club wouldn't have passed in the national draft. Oh well...

evening all....looking at a few highlights and think olongo villis and baker
dont think Villis will last to our second ....he was very unlucky not to be snapped up...one of the better mid deliverers of the ball and is good on both sides though has a funny left dominant ball control (when running and bouncing) yet dominant kicking side seems to be his right
Liam Baker is very good too ...I like his resading of the play and delivery though he needs to develop his left with better penetration..that will come. Both these guys are smart footballers but will need some physical development. Both are Sam Mitchell types. Olongo as I stated before somewhere fits nicely as a leap ruckman to give us balance in our ruck squad. Clarke will go nexy year and Olongo will be close to ready to have some games. Has the potential to play chf also to give flexibity within a game. Olongo. Villis Baker

All good to rate them off videos but I can't see taking another 18 year old ruck given where our rucks are at. olongo weighs 80kg. He's years away.
Can't see us taken a guy with a known heart condition either. It's sad but Villis probably goes undrafted.
