Roos to Colonial?

Why the hell are the Roos trapesing off to Colonial when team after team is having a hard time making money there?

Perhaps that will be answered in the submission made to the AFL last night. I'm not sure of the figures, but the club and other Roo posters appear confident about the move. From memory this derived from the particular deal that we struck with Colonial. Can someone verify this?
