Whose he pushing out of GWS' midfield?

I think we'd find him a spot, not really a hole for us, but he's a gifted player. Our backline for next year up in the air a bit so hard to say who.

Terrible argument. Our midfield and team in general was pathetic last season. Rance was still AA. He held it down on his own. That’s what elite defenders do.

if it's a popularity contest why was Scott Thompson an AA in 2013? nobody likes him.

Thompson was consistent for years prior to the AA nod. Before that he was the "pest that riled up hall". Typically the media are a year or 2 behind. Tarrant is another example. Was a wall in 2015 - didn't start getting acknowledgement until 2016. The media are all over rance so if he can keep harry taylor quiet apparently he's jesus reincarnate. Most defenders shut down taylor this year and got no acknowledgement (and nor should that because it is no big deal), but because taylor destroyed rance one day it's all of a sudden a big deal when rance beats him the next time.

one eyed much? If you polled 100 people that know a little bit about the sport and weren't North or Richmond supporters, 100 of them would say Rance over Tarrant every time.

Sadly for Robbie he wont ever get the accolades(AA etc) he probably deserves as he's playing in a time when there are a few really good key backs - Rance, Talia and Hurley have had a mortgage over the accolades for a few years and with guys like Carlise, Lever and McGovern kicking around I dont see him getting the nod in time he has left.
