Two bets for me at Rosehill

Griffon R1
Too much class and potential for the field

Shoot Out R7
Can't see this guy losing to a similiar field bar rock classic, who i think had a easy run in the aus guiness.

Griffon is a late scratching.

I would never back this horse with all the stories you hear about it. Apparently the Rosehill track workers say he bleeds and breaks down after every bit of work he does. Very talented, but not very sound.

Not convinced about this 3yo crop,Shoot Out had no right to win last time & still beat them so either he's a star (I doubt it)
or the rest were no good.

Where's the pace in this race?
The Patinack horses probably go forward & control it but you can be sure with most a query at the 2000 it will be a sit & sprint.
Agree that Zabrasive looks the Derby horse, just not sure he'll get the pace he needs today?

Great ride Jay Ford...thats what won it for Brilliant Light.

Bright Expectations, glad I have stuck with it, that was a monster win.

Well thats how you get the race run to suit, ride it aggressively.
Surprised me but Ill take it.

Not too many other Derby horses in that, how often do you see Bart's horses hit the front clearly & then get outstayed?
Thats 2 in a couple of weeks now....amazing

Only two bets of note today, Rock Kingdom and Zabrasive, happy with the day.

Also laid Shoot Out at $7.20 in the Derby just prior to today's race, not sure about him in it after seemingly being wound up at a lot of his previous runs.

Laid Solar Charged at $12.50 in the Slipper also, don't like one dimensional speed horses in that race.

Massive wekeend on the punt with the blues winning at the line geelong under 40 and Curtana, Red Flair, Brilliant Light and Willow Creek all getting up..

Was on Rock Classic and just got dudded. Even the omen bet in Lismore got up at 8-1 for me.....woooweeee

Think Military Rose is a mounty for the Slipper and for the record Gai can go f%#$ herself....what an absolute fool, the way she carried on after Bright Expectation won was embarrasing and then to pump up Rock Kingdom...pfffffttt like when she said she though Manhattan Rain would be a good chance the next week and then they retired it...she is a deadset muppet

I'll agree with that. When Theseo won the Ranvet she was carrying on like an A grade wanker.

Not sure Military Rose is a Monty but has not put a foot wrong just seems short. I'll be on Chance Bye
