Is it past the post and using the highest value tote? Or fixed odds that the said person got at the time ?

Just saying cause some $10 pops you get on fixed odds now may come into under the $8 price to qualify etc if they win.

Final tote odds on TAB. I get that there will be occassions where you'll fix at a higher price and it'll fall below $8 but it's the simpliest way to do it without complicating things.
