Watch out for this kid come draft day. Could be a huge suprise. Plays for Balranald in the Central Murray Football League, was not able to play representative football this year as was required to manage the family farm. Know for a fact that is being kept quiet by the Bulldogs recruiting manager who often pig shoots with Gorman's father. A tall running midfielder, who loves to kick a goal and possibly has kicked some of the best checkside goals ever seen. Absolutely dominates this competition and I will not be suprised if his name is called out by the bulldogs on draft day

Dude, I know Joel Gorman. He use to catch my bus to school when I lived in Balranald. Ah, the times, I use to sit there, on the bus and talk about how good Carlton was and how ******** St.Kilda were. Times have changed now, but I don't live in Balranald anymore. He use to impress my friends and I when we were younger with his good foot skills. I hope he gets drafted. It'd be great to see another Balranald person being drafted. I think the last Balranald draftee was Charlie Giansiracusa (Daniel's uncle) for Hawthorn.
