So clearly something is troubling hogan. Whether its as reported who knows. IMO Barrett has heard that he had some bruising and the club were waiting for scans (why we waited so long after the game and then put him in the squad I have no idea.) Barrett being Barrett chucked in some embellishment, using phrases such as "possibly a stress fracture" and "could miss the opening rounds of the season" and boom he's got a story and every Melbourne supporter throwing themselves off the west gate.

In other words. Let's wait and see for an official word from the club.
