Not my fault you used the wrong word. Yes, 12 - out of 22 and in comparison to 10 - would be considered "most".
So in 2016 "most teams, won "most of there games?

No, 9 teams won most of their games. 9 is half of 18 - 10 would be most, anything less isn't.So in 2016 "most teams, won "most of there games?

Correct. So you are happy for people to say St Kilda won most of there games? and for North Melbourne, despite losing 10 of its last 12 matches, they won most of there games in 2016?
Yeah this is pretty basic stuff and I'm surprised it's a discussion. There's literally nothing wrong with using "most" to mean more than half.So you are happy for people to say St Kilda won most of there games? and for North Melbourne, despite losing 10 of its last 12 matches, they won most of there games in 2016?
Carlton and Richmond may well be a flop - but based on last season, Pies v Dogs will be a great contest and there'll be a heap of interest in the Dons v Hawks fixture. They aren't blockbusters but they're exciting match-ups. Even Saints v Dees has promise.Surely they could have given at least one of those prime time games to a decent match, maybe even featuring a team from outside of Melbourne.
Hawthorn are on the slide. The bigger question is whether half their fairweather membership commits for 2017Hawthorn will win by 10 goals
I reckon our game will go close to breaking the ess/haw record of around 77000. Not sure if there will be a big Hawthorn turnout but the non-members interest should still be high.Carlton vs Richmond
Collingwood vs Western Bulldogs
Essendon vs hawthorn
Genuine question who draws the bigger crowd ?

There'll be a heap of them rocking up then turning their back on our playersI reckon our game will go close to breaking the ess/haw record of around 77000. Not sure if there will be a big Hawthorn turnout but the non-members interest should still be high.

Lol
We will flog you.
Your "saviour" and the guy who you gave up 2 years of youth for has not played for 2 years himself.. Evens things outKeep dreaming sunshine your returning players have not played in over a year, the game has moved past them, they will not adapt to the changes.

Essendon wanting to have their cake and eat it. Keen for a bottom 4 draw that involves easy double-up matches, but want the perks (Friday nights, blockbusters, etc.) that go to better sides.
Don't think anything's confirmed yet, but disappointing if it happens. Couldn't care less about the doping scandal - blockbusters should go to clubs whose on-field performances actually warrant them.

Round 1 is generally a high attending round because people are excited to have the footy back and people go to multiple games in round 1.
I think this match up will create enough hype for mcc and afl members who don't support the hawks or dons to turn up. Weather being good i could see this hitting 90k, but more likely between 85-90.
Carlton v richmond
Collingwood v Bulldogs
Essendon v Hawthorn
And to top it off the Doggies don't even get the home fixture.

So the game has moved past Roughead and O'Meara?
