Reserves or traded, I still believe Frampton is a money ball decision much lower cost for similar output to Dixon, Rockliff's leg speed can't be carried.

Round 1: Port go into the first game of the season with Dixon and Marshall spear-heading the forward line, with Ladhams resting in tandem with Lycett. A great win against pre-season contenders St Kilda after their exciting draft and trade period and new coach Mick Malthouse.
Round 2: Port win a low-scoring close one against Melbourne at the MCG with both sides unable to get fluid ball movement marred by shocking turnovers.
Round 3: Marshall is dropped for Sam Gray. GWS win by 2 points and are able to pick off repeated Port attacking thrusts with a league best 38 D50 intercept marks. Dixon injured.
Round 4: Ladhams and Lycett share full-forward duties as Garner comes in to play as a forward crumber. Port suffer heavy loss against Gold Coast.
Round 5: Billy Frampton is brought in to replace the injured Lycett, where he gets a concussion from having the ball drop on his head repeatedly. Hawthorn win by 93 points.
Round 6: In front of 7 people at AO, the returning Dixon kicks 1.9 as West Coast win with an after the siren goal from Petruccelle.
