I have lost count of the amount of times we’ve tried to deliver from the back flank to the wing or half forward line and completely missed the target

Not a lot of good-ness to come from that. But when you factor in they had 2 AFL first team forwards playing against our non AFL KPD and backup, shortish KPD, then it was always going be tough going.

The midfield was thin. But put in Cousins, Howe, Brockman and maybe Saunders running through there and there's suddenly some depth plus Nash as a player who can take a tall opponent away from Jeka in the fwd line looks more dangerous.

Ceglar was trash. Neeves was well beaten. His taps were ineffective. All played into Casey's already stacked hands.

Casey are a very good team and will contend should their list stay healthy.

The last 3 games Jeka still kicking goals is a must consideration to promote & join with Lewis & Kossi

Where does that leave Gunston though?
