There was a few moments in the 3rd quarter of last night's Dawks vs * game when Hawthorn got the ball on the half-back line, then looked up to see a 4 on 1 advantage in the centre of the ground THEIR way. It looked all too familiar as a North supporter. I don't want to see any of that this season.

Sidenote: All I could think of at the time was that Mic'd Up video from last season of Powell saying "what's the point of holding (position/back)"?

Would expect that's the case given Darling can't jump to ruck. Darling is a good wrestler around the ground but won't be much help in mid - be better off just playing a 4th mid

It occurred to me we could even play Trembath as ruck for the centre ball up with X as one of the rovers for his follow up tackling then Trembath heads forward and swaps out with a mid for X to take the secondary ball ups

Though that only makes senses if we’re losing the tap. I don’t know what I’m talking about.

Dropping RHJ Jr after his best ever game just another one. We're so hung up on being glacial. I have to leave at 7:38am to get there on time, it's an illness, a sickness and mental disease; I'd seek help if I didn't already have an army of physicians.
