Honestly would love Banfield having another crack at the wing. He's played his best football for us there in my opinion.

I agree, but I feel like they will try to lay it on thick in the middle, and having Darcy/Cox ruck with Dogga as a util could wear down their mids.

Freddy is a big time front runner looks good when we look good but in big games I’m not sure I can remember a game where he stood up and rose to the occasion. Hasn’t had 1 good final out of the 3 he’s played I reckon he’s not that big of a loss and could defs find someone to play his role and be harder when needed

I don't see not playing Ryan as a bad thing, if he's not up to the standard of others through preseason then he shouldn't get to walk into the Round 1 side. He may be out due to injury concern and they're watching his progress, but if it's purely down to him not being up to snuff I don't care about his previous performances, if others are ahead of him, so be it. Let him earn his way back.

You're right, however, if it is true that Ryan has been a step below the others during preseason, does he deserve to walk into the side? I think the guys who've been putting the work in during that time deserve the chance ahead of him.
