I'd say 80,000 if the weather is to hold up.

On a bad day? Probably around 50,000.

My bet is that those of a neutral party will come along to boo Judd, try to level out the playing feild. Don't you just love Carlton?:D

ill be there no matter what. gotta a mate comin down from qld and a mate from here to both tiger supporters. the last time i went to a game with them it was that final in 2002??? when kouta did his knee. so i owe them. nearly got in a fight with richmond supporters that day that were laughing and heckling kouta as he got stretchered off.

HI Footy followers just wondering why is the game on so early 6.10pm doesnt the AFL realise we do have to get home from work and yes I know there is a 2nd game on in adelaide . Please post youre thoughts and replies cya at the game

I think the AFL are trying to make the time frame more appealing to younger kids, as parents aren't as worried if they aren't out until a minimum of 10:30pm in the city on a Friday night. More money for the AFL, smart people:thumbsu:.

Do u rekon there will be many available seats in the social club or will i have to make an effort to get there a bit earlier???
The best bet would be to get there as early as possible before tickets sold out. Either way, I couldn't give a sh*t:).

Sitting is laaaaame.

You answered your own question. Shame it is on so early for some i suppose, might change the attendance slightly, but if you really want to be there i'm sure people will find a way to get there. 80000+ people there, 7500+ neutral people there, 60/40 in favour of BLUES fans. GO BLUES...

I agree Blues Man, the time is a bit annoying but right now I am so pumped up for this game! Can't wait to be there with a crowd of around 70,000 I'd guess.

There will be more then 80,000 lets be realistic people.:thumbsu:

Crowd split aint worth a mention as its our home game.

Im a silver member how do i go about getting a seat?
Do i show my card at the ticket box and pay an additional cost?
Or do i have to go to ticket master prior to the game with such a big crowd expected?

Cant wait for this one...........Blues by 27 pts..Fev 6......Judd 26..touches:thumbsu:

can not freaking wait, 10 days till me my mate and my dad drive over. should be a good easter weekend over in vic, gonna see the crows play their old boys on sunday too (mate and dad crows fans).

should get a bit over 60, nice weather could push it but early start hurts. Should be a great night

I'll be there, as a neutral of course, well as neutral as a Collingwood supporter can be when Carlton is involved....

Not so much to see Judd, more to see how yours and Richmonds young kids play. Should be a good game, looking forward to it.:thumbsu:

Good luck. :)

Doubt it.

Two games on the first night of football means TV ratings which means $$$ for the AFL.

A 6.10pm start on the eve of a long weekend is ridiculous! It's hard enough getting to the G for a 7.40pm start on a Friday night with all of the city traffic to contend with. Throw in holiday traffic = DISASTER!

Public transport will be the go, otherwise you may not be there to watch the first bounce.

Park in Bridge Road and walk a few blocks.
