I'd probably go Ruscoe over Bianco, but I like it.

This is probably pretty close to the mark. Whether Kreuger comes straight in is a bit doubtful, and will depend on how his pre season shapes up. Ruscoe should probably be on the interchange, since there is nobody to give the backs a rest otherwise. It looks a competitive team to me.

This is based off my evaluations of their performances last season. I thought Sidey had an absolute stinker of a season, I was very pleased with WHE second half of season in wing role, really like Bianco and Ruscoe. Obviously preseason form will dictate but yeah this is what I think our best 22 looks like currently. Didn't include players who are yet to debut in depth except Johnson because I think he's ready made to go. Would be ace if he's a gem in the rough.

While I don't disagree with you that Sidebottom didn't have his best year, he did finish top 5 in our B & F - there is no doubt he will be there come round 1.

yeah i'm aware, hopefully it was just a bad season for him and he is better next season. he is part of the leadership group.

i think our list is pretty good, we are pending some of the non established guys levelling up. would be huge boost for example if macrae made massive strides or like a liam macmahon or reef mcinnes.

No way WHE would beat Lipinski for a spot on the wing. Lipinski is a better player than WHE

have a better idea of positions when pre-season starts next month. Hard to know at this point what position Nick plays. I have him at half back, easing him into his career. Or do you push him into the midfield from day 1? It's an complexing situation.

Great point, utility/backline depth.

Others mentioned Kreuger - I think we should try an Eagles-style three tall setup with Mihocek as the third. Obviously this mgiht not be what McCrae goes with but I'd love to see it tried. Elliott, Henry and McCreery can put on a lot of forward pressure.

I think it’s a complete oversight.
