Gwilt was super impressive in the NAB, could be a real weapon off half back with his dash and raking left foot. Hopefully he gets a good crack at it early to cement a spot.

Yeah I think we should play McEvoy first up anyway, he gives us more mobility around the ground. Not sure we can afford to play two old lumbering dinosaurs in Gardiner and King.

Your guess is as good as ours, Amcre - sorry man. He played about 70% game time in a 2nds practice match last Friday, but that doesn't really confirm it one way or the other. I suspect they won't bother him with an interstate trip first game back.

See what I was going to do here was to find those photo's of Gardi hovering more than a metre off the ground and ask whether you consider that lumbering. But I couldn't find the bloody photo's so this post is just a fail.
I'll bet Squizzy could find them like that ( snaps fingers ).

Apart from that I agree. Gardi hasn't had a pre-season and could probably go a run in the VFL.
I'm not too fussed at the moment, and I'd probably be happy with any of the following combinations.
King/Gardiner King/McEvoy McEvoy/Gardiner Pattison/Gardiner.
( Not so sure about King/Pattison or McEvoy Pattison).
