Okay let me spell this out to you- We have played in the finals once in the last 10 years and have been non competitive for 8 out of those 10 years, shit everything with recruiting and drafting has been rosey!!! Teenage girl, pricks like you bury your head in the sand!!
I'm not having a go at Longer, I just think we should have steadied our midfield first than to use a speculative pick on a ruck. I think we should have kept Huddo for another year instead of pushing him out the door. Huddo would have been more competitive today given his experience.

Agree...this pissing around from Voss trying to make a midfielder out of him has been 2 years of waste...he should be a up and running forward atm. He will be at another team next year

Yet the club banged on all week about the need to get off to a quick start and what do we do; wilt!
Surely the players trained and were made aware of this prior to the game, like they should every game, yet they fail again. Someone has surely got to be accountable for this, although it would be much simpler to just brush it under the rug, like we have on many occasions already this season. But carry on with the excuses.
Not sure any of these teams used a top 10 pick on a ruck...let alone 2???? (GC with their plethur of picks should be excluded)

How are our membership numbers, crowd figures and Lions brand growth going at the moment due to the **** up that is our club?

Really, were lucky it didnt get to 100 points, and whether that is because we started trying harder, the conditions changed or Collingwood took the pedal off, who knows. But all we can do is back our team to try their hardest again against Fremantle.

Karnezis was far from brilliant tonight, but he shouldn't and won't get dropped on that performance. It's clear how much it means to him and he was involved in some very good passages of play. Still think he's primarily a midfielder but needs more time there.
Crisp was very quiet, and I'll be surprised if he holds his spot.
Harwood definitely impressive, but much prefer him as a rebounding defender to an inside midfielder.
Can't play good footy at the Gabba it seems. Simple as that. Every match has just been really flat, tonight the worst.
