Scott wanted to get Shiel in the midfield, so it had to a be midfielder.
Rotations are gonna pretty difficult if you sub a fwd or back then play Shiel across the midfield. Saad was playing okay, but yeh pretty stiff for him.

Midfield taught a lesson tonight. As for the rest we just have to face the fact that the bottom third of our side are going to get exposed badly by the best teams at times.
