Out: Clarke (injury.. But he's been crap anyway), A.Pearce (hopefully nothing too serious)

In: Collins, Barlow, De Boer.

Suttclife should NOT get a game based off one week. He deserves a few weeks like Barlow/de Boer are getting.

Sutcliffe wasn't that good anyway today. Mzungu was much better down back.

In all seriousness, down back is going to be an issue. Collins for AP, and who comes in if Dawson gets suspended? Smith? Uebergang?

So far we have

Out: A Pearce, Mundy
In: Barlow, ??????

Do we actually have a team for next week?

What a god forsaken debacle this is *shakes head sadly*

Gee's this has been a hard season to watch the team .
The we are fast running out of players to field a team .
The shining lights on the horizon were Blakley ,Weller and Alex Pearce and not Alex is not going to be there for the rest of the season .
The football gods are not listening and the injury list is growing every game.
Fyfe ,Johnson ,Sandilands Bennell ,Morabito , Hill , Silvagni Alex Pearce ,Yarran ,Balic and Hurley
Those that missed most of the preseason Mundy ,Apeness and Clarke.
The only players that we have available have all been dropped because they weren't performing to the level that RTB and the match committee required . Barlow ,Mzungu and Grey were Peels best players today in the win against EP .Sutcliff was serviceable but not enough for a recall IMHO.
Collins and Uebergang performed very well under the guidance of Mzungu . Tucker and Nyuis tried hard all day . Apeness crush a couple of packs and is getting better with each outing .Hannath was beaten in the ruck all day and Smith had a nightmare of a game till he and the whole Peel team played in the backline for the whole last quarter .
Who gets the job against the Saints at Etihad I would suggest Uebergang as an upgrade , and Mzungu .
The outs Alex and Crozier .

With Mundy injured then I would bring in Grey .We have got to keep playing the kids since they are the future .

IN: Barlow (never should have been dropped), Hill, Sutcliffe, Hannath, Tucker, Grey
OUT: D Pearce, A Pearce (Injury), C Pearce, Ballantyne, Ibbo, Clarke

Probably play Pav across half back and try and use his reading of the ball and his kicking as a rebound weapon ala Johnson. It s too much to expect Collins to come in as the only key defender. Dawson is sure to get some kind of suspension because he'd have a previously bad record.

The way the ball keep coming into defensive 50 when freo play , I would like Uber to continue to play for peel this year until some other player get injured.

David Mundy
Michael Johnson
Matthew Pavlich

Lee Spurr

Surely not Spurr to be captain this week

Think all the youngsters showed enough today to stay in while at Peel none really stood out so ill keep it simple.

OUT: A. Pearce, Mundy, C. Pearce
IN: Collins, Barlow, Deboer

We are seriously lacking in an ability to get the contested footy and we can't just leave it to Neale. Barlow and Deboer might not be the best kicks but if we play them in the middle they'll get their 20-25 and contribute a hell of a lot more than some of our more experienced guys getting games off 10 disposals a game.

What you still want Clarke in after today.

Ugh this is getting harder each week. Hopefully Clarke's knee is ok because I don't think we have a replacement.

Out: A Pearce (inj), Mundy (inj), Dawson (susp), Clancee (inj & had a stinker)
In: Collins, Hill, Barlow, Smith

I'd like to see Pav take on the captaincy next week. Nothing against Spurr, but his experience when we're going to be running such a young team could be invaluable.

I also don't think it's the worst idea having Pav play down back.

No, if we keep playing him we will devalue his trade potential
I doubt he got any value at all, nobody want a doggie knee, I rather had Hannah at least I can review his performance rather than injured all the time as excuses.

You serious allikat about Clarke , time to put a full stop with his injured knee. I actually rate Hannath higher than Clarke now, at least Hannath play badly we can said he is slow, Clarke oh maybe his injured knee cause him to perform like that.

So with A.Pearce out and Dawson at best 50/50 to follow and with out being able to put Mundy back as a third tall who have we got apart from Collins?

Not sure we can play Collins as a lone KPD on debut. Maybe we roll the dice and play Smith there. It's only other option really. Alternatively we use Mayne as a makeshift KPD only with Hughes and Ibbo having to play tall. Doubt Uebergang is ready to go.

Not exactly ideal...
