Likely no change. Johnson has had two v. poor games on the trot. His tackling slips pretty regularly which is not ideal for a defensive winger. Maybe sharp or Driz could get a run.

I think Switta is very lucky that he's in the leadership group and that we have F all small fwds putting their hands up in the WAFL. Outside of the Bullies game he's been dreadful all year. Starting to wonder whether it's worth training Simpson as a fwd again (he's had more position changes than a windsock but he was drafted as a HF from memory)

Watson is a special player, that said, we need another small defender with pace that can lock down. I think we need to bring in Walker now that we can realistically play finals, and give him a good crack at it. I dont want McVee or Chappy lining up on Watson or Cameron on Prelim day.

I'm also starting to question Voss. Might be worth looking at Scerri or Murray and playing smaller if we keep Cox in the side.

That said happy with unchanged for now.

There isn't any changes that are clear, a few that were down overall but the team worked pretty well except from some execution issues.

Individually I thought Johnson wasn't great and Switta also had a very average game.
On the flipside that was probably Mason Cox

Was a night where we had a lot of players underperform a little at some stage.

Johnson and Raz were real poor I thought. Johnson looked gassed in the first qtr. all he did was chase his man all night.

Really not sold on McVee either. The missed handball to cox was terrible.

I’m guessing no changes - but I wouldn’t be upset to see Johnson get a spell.

Put Essendon away early and manage minutes in the 2nd half. Maybe rest Pearce
