blight, bauer and trezise walk straight into the seniors. we actually desperately need a quality crumbing forward now imo. we kick bugger all opportunistic goals.

Ryan and Naismith were uncompetitive up forward, and Lefau is short. There hasn’t been a lot of crumbs to speak of.

can't recall anyone on that list being regularly outmarked. have all at least provided plenty of crumbing opportunities for our assortment of defensive small forwards with no goal sense.

Green and Coulthard IMO haven't shown much in the VFL/AFL to warrant an extension.
Steely looked good in the preseason but since then has been pretty mediocre. Matty has played some good games but lack consistency.
Green has disappointed me heaps. I wrote him off ages ago as a wasted pick but then he surprised me with some hot preseason form was hoping he'd realigned himself to be that Baker type but he just looks like a nothing player.

I was rapt when got Smith at pick 49, but Steely looked a bit of a reach. Noah Long looked a much better prospect.

Brindley having to first ruck don't look good. Why not pick up ANY genuine ruck in the MSD?
I think that the rucks they liked put 18 mth contracts on themselves. There's usually a method to the madness.

Yep you'd thing that if OHB is fit he'd come in at some point after 22 possies and 85 hitouts in the ammos.

Very impressed with both of our mid-season draft recruits.
Couldn't have had a better debut and look forward to when they both make their senior debut.

Jacob Blight (20 disposals, 75% disposal efficiency, nine marks, eight intercept marks, four rebound-50s, three inside-50s)

“His first game in Richmond colours was a really strong one. He had a game-high eight intercept marks and looked really strong behind the footy.”

Campbell Gray (13 disposals, seven marks, three inside-50s, five hit-outs, two goals)

“Tiger fans would have been really excited to see Campbell in action for the first time, and he didn't disappoint. He flew at the contest with aggression and followed up at ground level really strongly. He also played some time in the ruck, and I thought he was influential around the footy. It’s a great starting point for him.”

Love how Morris doesn’t beat around the bush with his reports. Calls a spade a spade.
