Only loop is English, I like a gamble on my VC, so I'm going Parker over Cripps, Hewitt or Heeney. When I pick the wrong one of those 4 (5 if Paddy Mc goes mental) then I'll probably go C on Neale or Witts.

Will Ballarats conditions be ok for a ruckman like him?

I just have a gut feeling that he could rip out a 150 + against Sweet but am a bit worried about Macraes awesome record against the Suns and at Ballarat too.

I like Mills but I think Petracca in to Neale is a bit safer.

Looking at rolling with new recruit Mills as VC.

If he bombs out then it will be out of Macrae, Touk, Oliver or Neale for captain, a tough choice so hopefully Mills kills it so I don't have to make one.

Getting Walsh in this week, was thinking of putting the VC straight on him but he seems to be going large every second week and this is an off week. Also clearly prefers MCG to Marvel.

Plays last round so can't be VC, and looks like a pretty terrible option anyway with a very low ceiling for a captain option.

A beautiful 16 degrees in Ballarat tomorrow, normally it’s the wind that plays havoc at Mars Stadium but looks like a pretty mild day for it.

Ball movement should be reasonably free flowing if it stays that way.
