Geelong did do a guard of honor for Dave.Ok I remember when David Swallow got to 200 and I’m close to certain that the Geelong players did it.
But sure if it’s only for 300 then I’ll jog on.

Pretty sure we're not going to see one for 2 times premiership player Kamdyn Macintosh tonightGeelong did do a guard of honor for Dave.
You know what makes the loss worse for the Hawks? The fact that Cyril attended OUR pre-match function and accepted OUR invitation to be a guest in OUR section of the stadium. For context, Cyril declined an offer from Hawthorn to attend their training session on Wednesday and they didn't know he planned on attending the game last night. There’s a lot of salty Hawks supporters out there blaming everything and everyone for the loss. Saw one say they’d beat us anywhere else including PFS lol.
Feels goodCan’t wait to get home and watch the replay.
We have so much more growth and improvement left in us over the next few years too.
Life is so much better when your footy team wins regularly.
Hawthorn didn’t know Cyril Rioli was going to be watching his former side at TIO Stadium on Thursday night until they saw the TV footage.
While he may’ve been keeping an eye on his former team, he was actually there as a guest of their opponents on the night – the Suns.
...
Rioli and his wife Shannyn Ah Sam-Rioli, whose difficult relationship with Hawthorn has been well-documented, attended the Suns’ official function before the game and stayed to watch the match in its entirety. His cousin, Daniel, the three-time premiership-winning former Tiger, was playing his second game in Darwin for the Suns.

I'd say more to do with Dave as an individual and the respect from Geelong players than the specific milestone.
Noah Anderson - 35 disposals, 1 clanger
I was on the hawks plane we landed 5.35am I was home by 6.50am didn’t have to wait for luggage and car parked in a spot I can be on the road and gone from airport within 15 mins pretty much slept all day still feel crap a day laterAs a previous regular red eye overnight flyer, i switched to morning flight next day more recently.
The red eyes you are wrecked the whole next day anyway.
Wonder if they considered a 10 am flight rather than overnight (particularly if today is just a day off for them)
