5. Sheed
4. Rotham
3. Barrass
2. Cole
1. Kennedy

NN statically looks good, but his man impacted the game and he's s**t.

Sheed getting votes purely on disposal count, was trash in the second half.

5) Naitanui
4) Barrass
3) Kennedy
2) Cole
1) Petch

Agree with these votes. Sheed and Gaff killed the statistics, but both were putrid.
And both Hurn and Ryan may as well still be in the injury bin.
AhChee had some good moments, but very few others could hold their heads high.

Waterman undoing his good work with 2 FA that lead to goals giving the bombers hope.

Maybe I expect too much from Barrass but he gets beaten so many times I just can't like his form this year.

Why are people giving votes to players who were beaten.
For me: 5. Kelly.
Barrass perhaps but he was beaten
Slim pickings in a loss being that we can't give votes to match winners because we lost..

Basically just looking for anything half decent that might've happened.

It's still a shitty loss, at home, to the bombers who haven't won away.
We shouldn't lose at home with a 5 goal lead to Essendon.
Carlton beat the bombers by 3 goals. With our away form, next week will be a struggle.

I was reflecting on players, rather than the team, who on the old language beat their direct opponent/s to make a positive contribution to the balance of the game.
I am anticipating sitting at the SCG watching us get beaten. This isnt an emptive responce but based on players and performance. Their mids will be better on a fast wide track, their forwards are good and our talls will get beaten again as they have for the last two weeks. Pitty as the SCG is an excellent place to watch footy as you are closer.
