I'm looking forward to it as it will show bomber fans where we are at. We have brought in Paul Thomas which is interesting. May the best team win!

That's good to see. I rate Thomas as a real hard nut who tries his heart out.

HOpefully we play a better first quarter than we did last year where Essendon smashed us. Kicked about five goals from one end of the ground to the other without us touching the ball!

If we don't get off to a good start it will be a long night. We started well against Port, kicking the first 4 goals from memory and still lost. It's been a similar story all year.

Not sure who'll play on Lloyd but seeing as though he hasn't turned in a good one for a couple of weeks it is a bit of a worry.

Personally I'd like to see Hart start the game on Lloyd and have Bock play on McPhee if he come forward.

Solomon is also due for a change in form but I think we should give our blokes enough opportunities to kick a winning score.......whether they can do that is the question.

Crows unchanged again
6:08:08 PM Thu 2 June, 2005
Sportal for afc.com.au

Adelaide has named an unchanged lineup for its round 11 clash with Essendon at AAMI Stadium on Saturday night.

This will be the third week running the Crows have not made any changes to their team and they've benefitted from that stability - beating the Saints by 46 points in round 9 and overcoming the Blues by 14 points last week.

Fergus Watts, Nathan Van Berlo and Scott Stevens have been named as emergencies.

Essendon has made two changes to the side that saw off the Dogs by 27 points last week.

Justin Murphy (knee) and Jobe Watson (thigh) were both forced out through injury and coming into the side are Paul Thomas and Jason Winderlich.

Thomas will find AAMI Stadium a lot more hostile than the last time he was there having spent last year on Adelaide's rookie list before being picked up by the Bombers.

The emergencies for Essendon are Joel Reynolds, Ricky Dyson and Angus Monfries.

no changes to the crows... bad move.. look at the facts:
beating the Saints by 46 points in round 9, a
overcoming the Blues by 14 points last week
isn't obvious? the crows are on a downward spiral. It's going to continue that way for sure!

Adelaide by 13 points

Adelaide by 13 points

If our winning margin reduces by 1 point each week, we'll win the next 13 games and then draw the next (2nd week into the finals).

I'll take that downward spiral for now.
