I'm not expecting O'Meara back this week based on the recent history we've had with hamstring tightness. Reeves may be available but I'd say more likely after the bye. Lynch probably gonna need some more time with concussion.

Callow is about the only one at BH that earnt a call up but not sure where he fits in our setup to justify selection.

Ins Reeves Callow Jaeger Ward
Out Howe Scrimshaw Frost Maginnes

Hardwick Sicily Impey
Bramble DGB Jiath
Wingard Newk Day
CMac Kosi O’meara
Breust Lewis Moore

Reeves Nash Mitchell

Ward Callow Butler Shiels (make this his last game and let’s look to the future)

Reeves would've played this week if not an away game. He'll play and trained well.

Lynch concussion time off yes, Jaeger maybe but it was precautionary.

Thinking about the Pies backline it won’t suit Callow v Moore & Howe. Give Kosi another crack on the lead.
Out - Frost, Howe (to sub, he is a good sub), Scrim
In - JOM, Reeves, Morris
Only speak Ws ay Walshawk.

Tom Mitchell's last 6 games against Collingwood are insane.

30 touches (for Sydney) kicked 3.2. 2016 R1
50 touches 22 contested 2017 R9
35 touches 2 goals 2017 R15
54 touches 27 contested 2018 R1
33 touches in 16 minute quarters 2020 R6
44 touches 1 goal 2021 R21

Average of 41 disposals.

In his last 5 games, it's an average of 43.5.

Remember the days Clarko would allow Swan and Pendles have 40+ each and we would still win by 6 goals .

I'm not sure his possessions ever hurt Collingwood if that makes sense.

I think Michael has the potential to be a great deal more damaging.

Sam’s doing everything in his power for this to not eventuate again, and for good reason.

In a way, I’d rather Tom have 25 and we lose than him have 36+ and us win.*

* a win is always preferred.

Think this is one we can win if we ignore the abomination of Saturday night. Collingwood are on similar path to us and think us beating geelong and brisbane is a bigger feather in the cap than them beating Carlton. Winning in front of big(ish) MCG crowd will be good for us long term.

Think they will pick a side that is slightly skewed to being more experienced. Is it 250 for both Shiels and Breust? Think that means shiels plays.

Expect Reeves to play based on Sam's presser. Question is whether we can make do without Frost (e.g. Howe playing tall) or need Hartigan. I think we probably need the big bloke as helps Sicily be more attacking.
