Looking at Calvin's captains, I have to go Pendles. But what does he know?

Reckon Stevie J might have a huge one against my guys. Probably go him.

I don't really see Pendles as a captain option. Very likely to get 110-15 in most games, but you'd want 120+ for your captain.

I think after Rocky's performance against Carlton (remember his terrible record against them) I just can't use that as a reliable measure of future performance.

Rocky's return has been pretty consistent against most clubs and at most grounds. And this year he's had over 30 possessions 6 times out of 8 games. He's also had more than 10 tackles 4 times.

He's had a sore elbow I think the last couple weeks, but could be over it. Might jump on board as well.

I accidently changed my captain from Rockcliff to Selwood and saved it about 10 seconds before the game started... not looking like a great move.

I dunno. He has had 2 scores in the 120's, one that was 119 and a big 150 this year. He's consistent but can also go big.

The strange thing is that I feel safer going with Pendles over Beams despite Beams averaging more and only having 1 score below 100 this year.

It's not just last year. SJ's career average against Carlton is 79 which is his lowest average against all clubs. I can't remember him ever dominating against us.
