looks like Fyfe or Hilly might pull out and Brady get his chance in starting lineup and not sub that would say alot about sheriddan to pick up his act.

Same with McPharlin out for SNOS from the sounds of it.

Why have you posted the exact same thing in two threads now without any further information to backup your claims?

I think we will go in unchanged from last week. None of Fyfe, Hilly and McPharlin should miss.

If anything Grey would get his spot through Sherridan missing the cut.

One of the posters on their board was talking about a calf issue.
Yeah did not train with main group and rumour was soft tissue.

It's one thing for the knee to be right - quite another to slot back to AFL rigours after a long break without some strains.

Needles to say an enormous out if he dosent come up.

Feel you will be a bit too good for us even with Tex playing. All the best.

good luck on Saturday, mate. would be a massive advantage for us if Tex doesn't get up, but really hate the thought of players getting injured, specially someone coming back in from injury. Game's more exciting with him in it.

Hopefully our ? players get up as well (Fyfe in particular).

edit: Article on AFC site says Tex being managed for a corkie but will be played on Saturday.

Don't they normally submit the ommissions on the extended changes list (on the Thursday)? From memory this year when players have been ommited it's been done then instead of for when the final changes come out.

They don't necessarily make the final ommisions in the first squad. The fact they named no OUTS would usually mean we go in unchanged, but don't be surprised if we do make a change, it has happened before.

Sheridan seems the only one to come out. You might be right though, we may go unchanged, but demote Sheridan to sub and upgrade my buddy Ibbo to the starting 21.

They name final teams at 3pm today for the Sunday games. Monday game will be 3 pm tomorrow.

That's true but playing a good game every now and then doesn't cut it.

RTB is very big on maintaining the team if they are winning. So unless you have an injury or bad loss don't look for too many changes.

So a quick read back through the thread and Balla, Fyfe, Hill and McPharlin all likely to miss.... Did I skip anyone?

Jeez I was feeling old and grumpy enough before without finding myself agreeing with Slicedndiced.

Did LOL :D

Fantastic thread this.

Even up to lunch time today we had 3 stars of the side as definite outs.

Someone point me to this parallel universe please. I want to duck in for a bit and see if they are all on the bongs all day.

I think it's a little pokerspiv like to say things like "everyone was convinced they would miss". I was just a bit worried after some secondhand (or even third hand) reports, what was Hill going to miss with though?

With Peel playing this week and Clancee/Mora and even Sylvia hopefully pressing their claims this could well be Sheridan's last chance this year.
