Haha trust me Tox i'm trying mate! Think it's out of reach now though. Can't seem to bridge the gap points wise on the leader. Sitting 371 behind the leader now. Have done Watson-SJ. Second trade was thinking of being aggressive and going Swan-Ward but have since backed down from that and may just sit on the one trade this week. Only 7 left now. I'll give Swanny this week i reckon. If he goes sub 100 against the Doggies i think he has to go.

So u need a def or fwd pod f7/d7 option you can loophole.

My plan all along has been to bring in a Cloke/Petrie for the fwds and a Hurn/Hanley for the defence and like you said, loophole them up. Teams been complete for a couple of weeks now, would rather use remaining trades on bringing in good bench cover rather then waiting around for an injury/suspension to occur and sideways the premo who goes down(Like Watson this week). This works two fold. It allows me to have solid bench cover to loophole with and if one of my best 22 happen to go down with say a 1-2 week suspension or a short term injury i won't be relying on a Bews/Cutler or Ambrose/Shenton etc for points like some others up the top might.

Yeah Droopy really lifted in that second half for you. Nic Nat is a great option. Looks to be getting back to solid form and fitness. I was tossing up a Derickx to Nic Nat trade last week myself as bench cover for the rucks but thought with the amount of trades left and coin i had i thought other areas were in need of work first. Will now probably do Derickx-Thurlow next week for a cash grab(Dex BE of 49, probably dropped for Pyke this week) and swing Martin to R3. Will then have 260k odd in the bank, allowing a Cutler-Hanley/Hurn trade at D7 next week also

I'm ranked similar.

2,014 for me.

Would have been higher if I went Ablett as C instead of Pendles but beating my best mate was worth it.
