Was thinking of doing one of the following this week, cant seem to find either break even on FanFooty though, not up at the moment for some reason.
Otten > Howard = $110 k
Lower > Howard = $180 k
What are your thoughts here boys, i think lower could be on the decline with Barlow back and Otten comes back in this week in a struggling Crows team.
Still confused by those who are trading out Swan. Perhaps I'm daft, but if Swan's your biggest concern that needs to be traded, the rest of your side would have to be excellent.
Can someone elaborate on why they would, please?
Still undecided by Chapman vs. Johnson vs. O'Keefe
Tough one but SJ is making it very hard to avoid.
To answer your question, I traded Swan to Boyd this week for a couple of reasons.
I'm ranked about 1500 and after a disastrous start I'd given up on my aim at the start of the year (top 500) but with a solid last month my original goal is now achievable.
I traded out Swan this week because I've also got Monty and I didn't want to give up too many points. With Collingwood having a bye next week as well and me having Pendles I didn't want to be 2 premium midfielders short so this seemed like a good opportunity to gain some points on those with Swan or both.
I'm also still in the eliminator which is now the only match I worry about since i'm in 2 soft leagues (non BF) and have only one real competitor out of 30 lol.
The obvious concern is when he comes back, he could of course return to his old self however I'm hoping for a slow start and Boyd who's got a lot of games at Etihad soon to go crazy.
That's my reasoning anyway, sound or not![]()
Buckley - Carrazzo
Carrots is averaging 100 over the last 7 weeks, with only one score less than 70 this season which was against Collingwood...
How is he not a keeper?I'd do something other than Heppell to Broughton - I'm not convinced that Broughton will be a keeper.
Also, I'd prefer JRoo than Darling to trade out - Darling's averaging higher, AND he's cheaper.
As for Dustin Martin, I'd upgrade him when you see a cheap mid premium that you want in your final team. Depends on how you're other lines are going, whether they need upgrading more urgently. He's averaging 94.5, so if you've got lesser players on the field, upgrade them first as a priority.
Spent all week debating do I upgrade Swallow to Pendles or maybe Ablett. Friday is here and instead I am thinking I’ll just turn Duigan or Stanley into Lids?
Sandi > Vardy
Jroo > Pavlich
Risk flogging off Sandi, but Freo have a great run coming up for Pav to do some big scoring and Vardy's place looks secure for the mean time at the cats.
Leaves me with 10 trades left, 240k in the bank and 2 (3 if Z Smith doesnt end up being a keeper) upgrades left to do.
Bewick will finally be put on the scrapheap
Bewick > Thompson
