We have Cotchin, Rance, Reiwoldt, Astbury, Nankervis, Edwards, Lambert, Ross and Short out yet it's Menadue picked over Bolton that will lose us the game!

Respectfully disagree, not with our outs. We need to protect players like Turner when he gets his chance, Menadue needs to step up as a more senior player.
Was unlucky to be dropped.
YES, Menadue also has a better handle on team rules and game plan too. bolts has been all over the joint.

As mentioned Connor showed against Port and Fremantle that he can be handy rebounding out of D50 when given licence to take the game on. At the same time I'd also say it's one of his final chances to step up and become a more permanent player in the side.

Really looking forward to his body language- his enthusiasm and how vocal he is.
One thing IMO - needs to spend much more time in the middle around stoppages.
Hope his corky allows this to happen and he isn’t stranded at FF whilst all the play is in the middle or in our backline.

Jenkins is the biggest one trick pony in the comp IMO

Had a good look at this match. Some thoughts....
Crows have the better recent form, home advantage, much better list availability with just two missing from the whole list, and a better leadup schedule with 7 7 7 7 and 5 day breaks compared to Tigers 7 6 6 7 and 6 day breaks. Though the Crows did travel to Darwin 2 matches ago, they have stayed in the city of pulpits ever since. Both clubs have byes after this match.
On top of all that there are two other concerning factors for the Tigers, they have lost a huge amount of their on field leadership. Rance leads the backline and is gone, and Astbury is clearly the key component down there in Rance's absence and he misses here. The two matches he has missed so far this season have seen Richmond monstered by Bulldogs and Cats tall forwards. So on the face of it that looks dire for the tigers. Also missing are midfield leaders Cotchin and Edwards and forward line leader Riewoldt. And the number one ruckman Nankervis. So very light on in both key positions and key leadership roles the Tigers. Mind you the Crows have possibly the most foolish looking on field leader in the known universe in Taylor Walker, Talker for short.
One further thing that may count well against the Tigers here is I thought some of their players looked tired v the Cats especially Stack, Baker, Soldo, who was run off his legs by Stanley. It could be a misconception or it could be a tough campaign is catching up with some of the Tiger youngsters, but it is a concern.
So on the face of it you say Crows have us covered, and possibly could run all over us based on all the factors above.
Is there anything that could tip the balance back the Tigers way?
1. Tactics. It is not too tough to out tactic the Crows, they are as dumb as *. The first thing they may have gotten wrong here is not bringing in a selection of the available fresh troops off the 5 day break. The second thing could be going in top heavy, especially in the backline, where Hartigan, Keath and Talia are three players doing jobs that could be done by two, leaving an extra runner at large. The third thing is despite years to sort it out they are still running with a Jenkins/Walker combination in key attacking posts. Neither have shown a consistent ability to crash packs or provide quality crumbs and this will always act as a limiting factor for them in big pressure games. They may get away with it here as I suspect Garthwaite and Broad will be the two matchups, both way smaller than the Crows ponce tall forwards.
So you always get the door opened for you a little by the Crows stupidity. However here, I think we need some help from some tactics of our own....
My best guess is Soldo might take a lot of centre bounces then tend to camp himself deep in defence to assist the undersized Tiger key backs. Balta will vacate his forward post and ruck around the ground and he should be a really good matchup for O'Brien in that role. This of course will leave someone like Keath free behind the ball for the Crows and that will of course make it tougher for the Tigers to score if that is the case.
2. Matchups.
(a) Richmond defence. Broad/Garthwaite for Junkins/Talker, Grimes for Betts, Vlastuin for the resting mids like Greenwood and Sloane, Stack to wipe the silly moustache off Gallucci's countenance or take Murphy and Houli to take the other. We match up ok there bar the undersized key backs, who will require assistance, both from Vlastuin coming of his man and the Soldering Iron dropping back to thwart the Crow keys.
(b) Richmond forwards. Talia takes Lynch. Hartigan will likely get Martin/Caddy when they are forward. Keath will start on Balta presuming he starts forward but I suspect thereafter Keath will be free. Kelly doesn't have an obvious matchup but maybe Castagna for him. Laird and Brown will take the other two short people we will have forward. We have some issues down there with out of form players and possibly having to navigate around the loose Crow defender, plus Brown and laird are pretty nippy and especially Brown will keep close tabs on our short people.
(c) outside mids/runners. Macintosh Ellis Naish Menadue v Seedsman Laird Smith Milera. The Crows probably have the edge on us here but Macintosh and Ellis have played some really good matches over the last 6-8 weeks and our other pair are deadly ball users. I fear Naish's weaker defensive game could get really hurt here by the likes of Smith, Seedsman in particular. Mind you, he could equally make a monkey of them if they drop their defensive guard at all.
(d) Inside mids. Martin Prestia Caddy Graham(surely keeps Sloane or one of the Crouch Bros company when they are on ball) Baker Higgins Rioli. We get into unspecialised players very quickly there after our first few and this may find us out. The Crows will paddock Sloane, Ellis-Yolman Crouch Crouch Greenwood Atkins Douglas in this division, the last couple are foot soldier really, the others will bring an edge in strength and size. I do think the Crouches get a lot of the ball but are not too damaging most of the time and this could help us if they start getting all short and safe in wet conditions while Prestia and Martin etc just drive it forward.
(e) Rucks. Soldo/Balta v O'Brien/Jenkins. I think the Tigers may even edge this overall if they play it right.
So the Crows do seem to have a definite edge in most areas at this stage in terms of personnel.
3. The weather. The one thing that could level this right up, presuming the Tigers can get a tactical edge along some sort of lines of which the above might be an example, is the weather. There are showers forecast throughout. It is a great draining ground this, even at night, but it could well be slimy throughout the match and this may give us our best chance to mug the Crows.
Overall though, you would have to make the Crows a clear favourite to win, and if we are off on the night, possibly by a big margin.

I think Bolton is very much in Richmond's plans long term, just has to keep working hard especially without the footy. Needs to bridge the gap between his good games which are great and his bad games which can be very poor. Also,
