Though still no tall key defender is worrying.
Guess we just have to make sure it doesn’t end up in our defensive 50. Though Bunts out is a good sign. Sorry Bunts.

I expect MdD may in the frame as our regular 23rd emergency player over 2021-22.

He offers some flexibility and proven reliability, and doesn’t need to play every week.

Further, he could play a hard tag role vs specific opposition teams then fall back to 23rd in other weeks.

Callum Brown is listed as an IN

I know he was the medical sub and didn't get on the park last game, but according to record books he has now got 1 AFL game to his name (albeit with zero stats) which was the most recent game. wouldn't that mean he retains his spot, rather than coming IN to the side?

Great to Stein getting a run. We need a key defender who is a more mature body with size and strength in the contest - which I think he has.

Very surprised with the Stein selection but with the need for a key defender that was the obvious choice and it will be interesting to see where Riccardi plays in the reserves today
The inclusions add maturity to the side and I am hoping North dont have the leg speed to make the team look old although the conditions look like it will be a wet game so it will be interesting if we see any late changes

And NO injuries please especially hammies

I love watching Toby Greene play footy.

Given there's nothing on the line for us I'm happy to watch Toby Greene kick six on us.

But if Luke McDonald were playing, Toby would do well to get six kicks.
