Does anyone know if the players get released after the game this year instead of making them fly back to Perth for a couple of days before letting them have their break?

Then half the team flew to Melbourne and back. It also left us with a shorter time to prepare for the game after the break, which we lost.

Looked like half the team had flown an extra 7000 km and still on holiday and we lacked preparation.
