To be fair, if we lose on Sunday, reasons such as "more experienced team" and "premiership contenders" will probably come up before team selection.

Unless it is a really tight game, could go either way in the dying minutes, I don't think Melbourne's former losing culture plays much of a role in how Melbourne thinks anymore. I mean Melbourne's list is hugely different than it was in 2012 and even 2013.

I don't think you understood my post. A few times this year Roos has blamed himself and the selection committee for picking the wrong team - and I reckon he may do the same on Sunday if we're too top-heavy.

I would love to see some data from across the AFL about unchanged teams and their win/loss record.

No idea what it would look like. Gut feeling wants to say they'd win more often than not but who knows?
