Or 10 clearances and 15 contested possessions and not even get in the top five!

Honestly tho, its probably as fair as you'll get. Jy and LDU seemed clear standouts to me and stepped up to win the game. (As they should have being mature leaders.)

You could throw a blanket over another four players imo. Larkey kicked - five that's always good for a few votes. Sheeze was unreal, six score involvements all up as well. George had the most clearances and second most contested possessions on the field and X had 10 tackles and 9 clearances one less than George.

I suspect this will happen more and more as these younger guys get better with age.

Sheeze probably deserved a vote or two more but I've been wondering since the Adelaide game how long it would take LDU to chase down Sheeze. Alot of Harry's work is either too quick or too subtle to notice whereas LDU is flashy as in terms of how good he is when he is on. All those untacklable blind turns thru traffic get people's attention.

Harry does stuff that's unreal but also runs his arse off to make two or three unremarkable touches in scoring chains. Doesn't look as flashy but we wouldn't have those scores without his efforts.
