This round is too easy;

West Coast: home vs Essendon: home with white shorts

Sydney: home vs Hawthorn: Mustard Pots with white shorts

Melbourne: home vs Fremantle: alternate

St Kilda: home vs Brisbane: Fitzroy style away with white shorts

Port: home vs Geelong: home with white shorts

Western Bulldogs: home vs Collingwood: home possibly with white shorts

We should finally see Collingwood in their away (pinstriped home) jumper this weekend. They've only played five away games so far this year, and they've worn either the clash or a special jumper in them all.

Hawthorn is a hard one. The gold V was supposed to be their 'away games not at the MCG' jumper, but that was put to bed last week when they wore their home jumper in an away game at Marvel. The other question - regardless of jumper - is whether or not they'll wear white shorts. I still feel like the Swans-Eagles game the other week was likely just a weird aberration. If there was a change in policy, then you would have expected St Kilda in white shorts against Gold Coast last week, which didn't happen. Any combination of home/clash jumper and brown/white shorts could be possible. Clash with brown shorts would be a cool look, and Sydney would be the best team to do it against.

Was it not meant to be worn for away games at the MCG?

The idea was for them to wear their home jumper for away games at the G, but the clash jumper for every other away game.

They played St Kilda at Marvel earlier in the year in their clash jumper, but last weeks away game against Essendon at Marvel was in their home jumper, so that idea looks to have been abandoned.

Hawks in white shorts wasn’t terrible last night. Paired with the lighter jumper, it worked better than the Eagles a couple of weeks ago. Brown would have been better, but I think they just defaulted to the white shorts that they would always wear with that jumper.

Still not convinced just yet that there has been a policy change on Sydney games. Next week they host Gold Coast, so that won’t give us any indication. They’ve got Carlton up there a couple of weeks later, so that will be the big test.

White number panel on the back of Ports jumper is ridiculous against a white based team. Two toned jumpers don’t work. There are Port supporter on here, who have a go at many other match ups, but you can’t defend this.

Its a little clashy, but I think thats more to do with the pattern on the Port jumper than the white number panel.

Port's jumper to me is in the same boat as Sydney's. The block of white doesn't cause a clash against a team in white because the uniform as a whole is still overwhelmingly black (or red in Sydney's case). When you put a white pattern over the top to lighten it more, thats where the trouble starts.
