Were already playing a lot of youth but Ross, Jones and Membrey need to be replaced. Good servants but it's time. Put Garcia and Owens on the ball. Stick with Dow but rest Steele. I'd rotate Webster though there too.
Campbell is good we should chase a good tap ruckman that's moneyball. Marshall is just the best floating big man around ground.
Higgins plays better and kicks more goals when Butler plays. Makes me think Stengle will be a good get if he comes.
I feel like we're delisting a lot of players this year.
The core group of youth already brought in are very good. We'll keep adding elite talent. This is the way.

Membrey won’t play an AFL game for the saints ever again, he is well past it.

Max needs to learn how to bring more effort and intensity to a game, simply put he is just plain LAZY!

Anyone catch the Ross interview on Fox before the game and his comments on Max hanging out the back of packs? I can't remember the exact wording but it struck me as comments directed at Max. As we know Ross is very protective of his players but if he's making public comments about you it means he is frustrated and losing patience.

Max has to pull his finger out, maybe it's time to put a rocket up him and drop him.

The frustration with King was evident to see in the last 10 minutes.

He flew for marks twice. Once (in front) he almost held it and was unlucky. The second he was behind was should have held it. Close, but not good enough. If he holds them both then he has 2 shots at goal.

He is really close to holding those marks and kicking an extra 2-3 goals a week. But he’s been close for a while.

I sense King doesn’t have the necessary self-belief and needs a patch where he grabs those. Then it might start to click. He is capable of winning games like last night.

I also believe he doesn’t trust his body at the minute. Worried about being hurt.

I suppose it depends on what our personal base line is for a lazy footballer. For me he almost won it for us vs lions and did win it for us vs Gold Coast.

I didn’t like Max falling over looking for a free but generally I think Max is trying. He gets a lot of attention at the moment as the oppo knows how much pressure he is under and how poorly we are traveling. And I wonder if others could stop playing against him on our own team. Countless times you see other forwards doing accidental unhelpful maneuvers.

He cheats by hanging out the back of backs, sometimes you have to move to get into those positions at the back of the pack so that's what you would be seeing on his GPS...of his 3 against the lions, the only goal you'd say he earnt was his 3rd when he had front postion over Payne and marked, guess where he was waiting, behind the contest in the goal square. His other 2 goals came because Brisbane defenders would have planned to expect King not to lead into space but rather just sit out the back of packs waiting for the cheapie so when he actually lead into space he had 4 Brisbane defenders not even looking at him or in his general direction as King is so predictable with regards to standing out the back packs. Not many opposition defenders expect Max to lead.

The second time it happened Harris Andrews went nuts at his defenders for falling asleep and just letting Max wander into space....even Harris Andrews was caught off guard with Max finally offering a lead.

His first set shot from directly in front and only about 40 out went out of bounds on the full...

That is my understanding also.

"Fred" is doing a heap of off field stuff....the boss is doing a lot of the PR stuff.

That's how "Fred" wants it.

There are tools who support every club.
I doubt players choose clubs based on what some clown on BigFooty says about them. They'll have plenty of good mates and support whichever club they're at.
I'm sure a very big % of paid up members are very supportive of our players. The opinions of freeloaders and snipers matter not one little bit.
