After Ash Johnson’s return last round on limited minutes, he will be returning strong this weekend.

Charlie Dean is making is return from injury, officially debuting for the Pies for the first time.

After a shoulder injury sustained earlier in the season, Jack Madgen will make his return in the VFL.

Noah Bradshaw will be playing as our 23rd man this weekend. Bradshaw is a father/son prospect for the Brisbane Lions.

His father Daniel Bradshaw played over 200 games for the Brisbane Lions.

Through battling foot injuries for the first half of season, Dean has trained well over the last few weeks and is ready to go.

Isaac Chugg will be out of the side after a consistent start to year in the VFL. Chugg will be making his AFL debut this weekend.

You’d assume we’d lose a couple as the medi sub and carry over emergency.

Having 15 senior listed players has to be our highest number for a while though.

Unlike his father Bradshaw is a midfielder. Obviously tied into VFL/U18 alignments, but somewhat unusual he’s playing against the reserves team of the club where he’s f/s eligible.




When I saw our VFL Team play the U-18 Team this year I was thinking that been Weird Last Year IF that Happened as Nick Daicos captained against us

Are we colluding with the lions so they get a chance to see him at VFL level? Does it have deeper meaning?

He's an over ager (19) they may not have any interest with him, that ive heard; and because he plays with a nab league club, we just outsourced.
